Perfect home machine
This is a perfect machine for home. Despite user error issues we have really enjoyed the machine how quick an dquiet it is and how it makes the perfect coffee every time. Don't over fill the portafilter or it makes it tough to put into place.

The Barista Express is a great coffee machine. I am a rank amateur when it comes to espresso machines and had a few problems getting started but the after sales staff were really helpful. I called them two or maybe three times and they responded by sending me several videos and giving me some good advice by phone. Very happy with the service.

Bought this coffee machine for my husband as he has always wanted one. He LOVES it! Super easy to set up your personal settings and the instruction book has everything easily set out to follow steps to fine your best coffee taste. The machine is compact and does not take up a lot of bench space and delivers great coffee! Quality parts and the whole system feels and sounds durable and strong. I would recommend to anyone that us looking for an at home coffee system!

Love this machine!
We have bought this same coffee machine multiple times over the course of 13 years. Each time the machine dies we review other options and end up landing on buying the same machine again due to the value for money. The last machine only lasted 3 years though and was going to cost $400 to fix so we bought a new machine instead. Hoping this one lasts as long as the previous ones. The new collar for the coffee dispenser is a great new addition so there is no mess! The quality of the coffee is so good! As a self-confessed coffee snob I’m a huge fan of this machine and it’s so much better than the automated machines which I don’t think make a coffee as good as this manual version.
