This vacuum is the best thing I've purchased in a long time. I can vacuum my entire 4 bedroom house in a fraction of the time it took to drag my old barrel vacuum around, plugging and unplugging as I go. The suction is fantastic, the light is great, the battery life is more than sufficient, and it empties into the holding unit after every use...I'm amazed at how much it picks up each time. It is so easy to quickly whip around the main traffic areas every day, my house is so much cleaner. I love it.

Great upgrade for me
I thought my 8 year old LG stick vac was still doing an ok job, but when I used the Shark for the first time I was blown away by how much better it leaves the floors - especially carpet which I was very interested in. Living in an apartment we don’t have a huge floor area, but I think that means carpeted areas show the wear and dirt far more as a result. The Shark has help lift the pile some again and that alone makes it look heaps better. I LOVE the self empty system. I used to have to empty my LG part way through cleaning and found it a messy and awkward procedure. The Shark makes emptying it a breeze. I don’t use the fragrance pod and don’t notice any smells coming from the unit. So happy I bought it

if only i had known....
If i had the slightest forethought of how this vacuum would change the way i do my cleaning i would have got it sooner... The suction is out of this world and dont get me started on how great the automatic dispensing of all that floor matter is... the carpet pile is rising as we speak....If you are after a new vacuum thats easy to use and actually does the job you got to check this one out....its great...i promise....

Love the light on this machine, really shows up the dirt ready to be vacuumed up. Very happy with the product as it self empties into a bigger reservoir so you aren’t emptying continuously.
