Everything but the sounds
We got a Greta price, so a speaker can fix it, but the speakers are tinny and the AI sound isn't very good. Fixed it with a sound bar on arc. If I paid full price, would be annoyed.

SOUND BAR
TV RECEIVED IN TIME. SOUND BAR NEVER ORDERED ON 26/12/25 from Frankston store. When checked on 10/1/26, I was told the sales person never ordered as promised. The person at the counter then ordered the sound bar from Sydney/Queensland. NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AS OF TODAY 21/1/26. GOODGUYS ARE VERY BAD IN COMMUNICATION.

Great TV, absolutely terrible sound
The picture is great and tv is very easy to use. Unfortunately the built in sound is horrifying. By far the worst sounding tv I’ve heard. I’ve had to buy a soundbar to fix the issue.

Picture quality is amazing, performance has been smooth and gaming had been great worth all games. Only complaint is the new design of the remote. No mute dedicated button and no way to access favorites.
