I have purchased this TV for better viewing experience, It has good picture qualities but all the apps including settings are too much laggy.

Great product - poor service
The TV is fine - but the process of delivery through to install was horrible. Multiple delays, poor communication, different delivery and installation teams. Arrived after the delivery window, when I needed to be at school pick up. Left the site a mess, rubbish everywhere, would not take the box or the old TV, Wore their boots on the kids rug, left cables hanging down and smudges on the screen. I lodged a complaint to both entities but no response.
