Great Little Cordless Vacuum
I’m really happy with this vacuum! It’s lightweight, compact and easy to use, with surprisingly great suction power. It picks up dirt and dog hair really well on my tiled and floorboard areas. It’s also easy to clean and doesn’t take up much storage space. Very impressed with its performance. Great little vacuum!

Too heavy
I am extremely disappointed with Hoover cordless vacuum will not pick up any hair or fluff on the carpet . I purchased over the phone if I had of been sensible and checked it out in store I would not have purchased firstly far too heavy and secondly lack of suction Hoover brand has been around for years with a good reputation sorry not the cordless vacuum ,

At a glance
The Hoover ONEPWR Sprint Cordless Vacuum is a lightweight stick vacuum designed for everyday cleaning in homes with mixed floors and pets. Its strengths are cordless convenience, up to 40 minutes runtime, simple 2-speed control and easy storage. It suits routine dust, debris and pet hair pick-up well, but its smaller 0.6 L bin and non-premium design make it less ideal for larger deep-cleaning jobs.

Things to consider
Compared with premium stick vacuums, it offers a smaller 0.6 L dust bin and is better suited to routine cleaning than heavy-duty whole-home deep cleans.
Pet hair performance score
8/10 - Designed for homes with pets and suitable for lifting pet hair from floors and upholstery.
Carpet vs hard floor suitability
Well suited to both hard floors and carpets for everyday cleaning, with Boost mode helpful on tougher carpet messes.
Portability rating
9/10 - Slim, lightweight cordless design makes it easy to carry, manoeuvre and store.
Noise level vs category average
About average for a cordless stick vacuum; no specific low-noise design is stated.
Allergy friendliness
7/10 - Three-stage filtration helps capture fine dust and allergens, though it is not presented as a sealed premium allergy system.
Key benefits
- Cordless Design: Lets you move room to room without being limited by a power cord.
- Up to 40 Minutes Runtime: Covers routine cleaning sessions on a single charge for everyday household use.
- 2-Speed Fingertip Control: Makes it easy to switch between standard cleaning and Boost mode for tougher messes.
- Boost Mode: Adds extra cleaning power for short bursts on stubborn dirt and debris.
- Three-Stage Filtration: Helps capture fine dust and allergens for cleaner air during vacuuming.
- 0.6 L Bagless Bin: Offers enough dust capacity for regular cleans while keeping emptying straightforward.
- ONEPWR Battery Compatibility: Allows battery sharing across compatible Hoover ONEPWR cordless products.
- Wall-Mountable Storage: Helps keep the vacuum neatly stored and easy to access between cleans.
Q: Is this vacuum strong enough for full-house cleaning or just quick jobs
A: Hoover ONEPWR Sprint is best for everyday whole-room cleaning and quick pick-ups, not heavy-duty deep cleaning. The lightweight design and standard or Boost modes suit routine messes, while tougher embedded dirt may need a stronger vacuum.
Q: What runtime should I expect for routine cleaning sessions
A: Hoover ONEPWR Sprint runs for up to 40 minutes on a single charge during routine cleaning. Boost mode is designed for short bursts on stubborn messes, so runtime will be shorter if that setting is used often through a full clean.
Q: How well does it handle pet hair on carpet and hard floors
A: Yes. Hoover ONEPWR Sprint is designed to lift pet hair from carpets, hard floors and upholstery during everyday cleaning. Boost mode helps with stubborn patches, but it is aimed at routine maintenance rather than intensive deep-clean work.
Q: Can the battery be shared with other Hoover ONEPWR products
A: Yes. The battery is part of Hoover's ONEPWR system, so it can be interchanged across compatible Hoover ONEPWR cordless products. That is useful if there is already another ONEPWR model at home and one battery platform is preferred.
Q: Will the 0.6L bin need frequent emptying in a pet home
A: The 0.6L bagless bin is practical for regular day-to-day vacuuming, but a pet home may need more frequent emptying during bigger cleans. It suits routine passes and room refreshes better than long sessions where a larger bin is easier.
Q: Is wall mounting included for storage in a small laundry
A: Yes. This model supports wall mounting, which helps keep the vacuum off the floor and ready for quick use in smaller spaces. Its slim design also suits compact storage, though a clear spot is still needed to dock it neatly.
