Battery died within months
Don't buy this - the battery stopped charging (on the included charger) within months. I bought an identical replacement battery and the same thing happened two months later. Unbelievable in 2026 that a lithium-ion battery could be this defective. Would never buy another Hoover product.

happy with product BUT
The courier you use is useless ... left a card without knockinng at the door ... then delivered to a pick up point 22km from home... instead of the pickup point selcted which was 200 meters from home... stupid situation .. was tempted to leave it there.. 1.5 hour round trip to pick it up... a delivery refund would be nice. product is good

A great purchase
After spending a long time trying to decide which stick vacuum to purchase I finally settled on this Hoover. I am so happy with my purchase! I have a 2 bedroom unit and find I can vacuum the whole place on the low setting comfortably without running out of battery. I read many reviews from people complaining about the weight of it but personally don’t feel it to be too heavy. I can’t think of any con’s as of yet, still loving it!

Amazing power and self standing!!
Although, I had second thoughts when buying but I have been quite impressed by this product. The suction power is better than my last Samsung pet vacuum and I especially love the feature of it able to stand without any wall mounts. I recommend this product to anyone who has a small budget.

Powerful
I brought a great product! Hoover power one Emerge! WOW, fantastic cleaner. Very lightweight doesn’t make a lot of noise like some. Easy to manoeuvre under low beds which I was amazed as I would normally have to move bed from one side of room to other to vacuum but this one goes under effortlessly and the light in front of the head is great for spotting areas I would normally miss. So easy to empty the rubbish canister. I even wash the filters and every clean smell nice and refresh.
