Fantastic Washer Dryer combo
Very happy with the Hisense HCF8I1215HB, loads of features such as auto dose which make washing a breeze. Clothes always come out dry (ensure you have the correct dry setting enabled). A large load + dry will take some time but you just set and forget. Remote start a load when I get to work and by the time I’m home all the washing is done and dry. Definitely very practical for my uses. Physically can’t fit a dryer in my home so the combo unit has lived up to all my expectations. Follow the manufacturers care instructions with emptying the lint filter after each wash and don’t forget to run a tub clean monthly.

Excellent all-in-one machine for busy families
I've been really impressed with the Hisense 12kg/8kg Heat Pump Combo Washer Dryer. The large 12kg wash capacity easily handles family-sized loads, while the 8kg heat pump dryer is much gentler on clothes than traditional condenser combo machines. The biggest advantage is convenience. Being able to put a load in and have it come out clean and dry without transferring it between machines is a huge time saver. The Auto Dosing feature is another standout, automatically dispensing the correct amount of detergent, and the 49-minute Quick Wash & Dry cycle is perfect for smaller loads.

Noisy on spin cycle, not user friendly without the app
Drying function works well (same as other wash/dry combo's, with the benefit of not shrinking your clothes). But the noise it makes on the spin cycle is terrible. It echoes through the whole house. My customer experience with Hisense has been horrible, 11 emails exchanged so far, stupid questions like "have you tried another power point" etc. I sent them a video of the problem, they won't even agree to watch it. Still emailing back and forth. We do find it not very user friendly without the app. The app makes it easier, but it disconnects from the machine after each use. You have to turn on the remote function on the machine every time you want to use the app. I'm usually a fan of Hisense, but not impressed this time sorry.
