Vibrates the hole house
Previously had Samsung and loved it but this new one is seriously lacking in anti vibration tech, on spin cycle it shacks the house and tries to leave the building, Spoke to Samsung and had a representative tech out to check for a warranty, and he couldn’t stop it shacking and said it was just the way it was then charged me $180 for not fixing it, Extremely disappointed with The good guys, Samsung and Southeast Appliances, Do not buy. Good guys this is your chance to fix this, Your call ?

I’m very happy with my washer dryer. Would definitely recommend. Good price for what it is. The dryer does take a long time, but if you only use it on rare occasions it performs the task very well.
