  Great fridge for the price

  Happy with this fridge, it’s good value for the price. Delivery from The Good Guys was on time and hassle free. Pros – lots of room in the fridge section. Love the flex space, great for getting drinks cold The cold water function is great, not needing plumbing. It’s easy to clean the fridge inside as there’s plenty of room to get in there. Good size fruit & veg drawers. Great to be able to adjust temperatures in the freezer. It’s pretty quiet – just a soft rumble that you can’t really hear unless you’re right next to it. It also is a nice looking fridge. Cons – Fridge shelves are not adjustable, and if you put too much on them they sag in the middle. The ice maker is noisy while it’s dropping ice. There is no light on the water dispenser, so if you get water at night you can’t see what you’re doing. And the water dispenser doesn’t give you super cold water. The fridge only allows you to go down to 2C which doesn’t keep things super cold. Shows fingerprints easily. The dedicated freezer section is quite small; for a family, you would probably need to use the flexi section also as a freezer. But overall, very happy with this unit.

  A rare combination in one package

  Tried to find a french door refrigerator that had a non-plumbed water dispenser and ice maker, as well as a seperate refrigerated compartment for our teenage daughter's needs. It also needed to fit in a pretty tight space... this ticked all the boxes... and came with a 3yr warranty. A bit of a unicorn really!!!

  Great fridge

  I love the 4 doors and the unplumbed water with the ability to make ice. I love the fact that that the My Fresh Choice can be set as a wine/drink fridge. I love that i can set an Eco setting or change temps on the phone. I loved the price and the service I received from Mick at Brighton.

  Coolest fridge

  Absolutely love this fridge. Teenagers love the in door water dispenser and automatic ice maker which constantly keeps up a fresh supply which is easily accessed from the freezer. I really appreciate the French door fridge easily fitting platters and allowing me to put more items together on the same shelf. Have the ability to convert the bottom right compartment from fridge to freezer when needed.

  Happy Hisense

  It took me 20 years to finally upgrade and I have zero regrets about this fridge. The constant ice and cold water (not plumbed) has been an absolute joy and relief during the Christmas New Year heat wave. Plenty of freezer space and I love the smooth drawers and freezer lights. It’s quiet and fingerprint resistant . Would I buy again? Yes. Do I keep looking at it? Yes. Do I keep talking about it? Yes. And the delivery men were super careful with their installation and removed my dear old fridge beautifully. I love this upgrade and will recommend to family and friends any time.

  Great fridge

  It’s so good having a fridge that actually has enough room inside of it to be able to separate the stuff you use regularly and the stuff you don’t. Our old fridge the fridge portion was small and if you have a big family all new foodstuffs get put in the front and the older stuff gets pushed to the back which we couldn’t see as the freezer was on the top and the fridge was on the lower part of the fridge. The best thing is the ice maker and the cold water dispenser. The ice maker uses water from the water storage which isn’t plumbed into the fridge as tap water tastes horrible so we opted for the non plumbed fridge. Yes you have to fill manually but the water we use is bottled water so doesn’t have the tap water taste.

  A Lemon, do not waste your time

  The issues of the refrigerator started to show around the 10th month and we have had visits from repairers several times who have tried to replace parts but have failed. Hisense is very slow to respond and is not afraid to defy the Australian Consumer laws in that they are not willing to replace their faulty products and keep sending repairers and parts, that keep failing. I thought that I was getting a great bargain when we purchased this refrigerator however I only ended up having to throw away spoiled food because their product keeps failing to dispense water, unable to produce ice except on the back panel of the fridge where it should not, it also keeps your food warm enough to spoil and throw away. Customer service is not great as the keep sending technicians instead of replacing their faulty products. Stick with better and known brands, do not waste your time and money on this product. This is by far my worst purchase. A good Refrigerator generally last from 6-10 years, this product did not even last for a year before major pasty’s have malfunctioned and Hisense is not willing to replace their faulty product, instead they will keep sending repairers and parts that continue to fail.
