Freezer/ Freeze conversion
Always good to have extra space to be converted to freezer / freezer. I’ve only issue of removal of glass shelving under water compartment. Good product at affordable price.

Manufacturing defect
Don’t buy this fridge as water dispenser will not work due to manufacturing defect. The Good Guys knows this but still selling this product. When contacted Good Guys they will simply ask you to fill up faulty product form if you’re not their gold members and then next step is to wait until you will be contacted by Hisense Australia which is another task as they are slow and you need to keep following up with them. I have spoken to a repairer about this issue and I was surprisingly advised that water dispenser not working is a manufacturing defect and recently they are receiving lot of complaints for the same issue. Stay away from Good Guys as they don’t know after sales customer service and only know how to palm out their faulty product to OEM and vice versa.

This Hisense fridge was recommended by of the sales staff and is a great product. The best feature is the ability to change between fridge and freezer. The space is ample and design is perfect.

Good fridge but bad delivery
The fridge is great but the delivery was not. They didn't help us bring the package in. We asked if they could at least help bring it in without the box since it wouldn't fit through our door, but they wouldn't. It wouldn't be that big of a deal to help since the fridge is very heavy and requires a trolley to wheel into the house, so not happy with the delivery. They left the box in front of our door and wouldn't assist any more help.
