Door issu
The flap between the 2 top doors doesn’t work correctly, we had a service guy come and replace it with no result. We are now waiting to hear from Hisense as what they will do to rectify the situation. The fridge works well except for the door flap issue.

The ice maker doesn't work
The ice maker was faulty, it took several phone calls to both Good Guys and Hisense to arrange a technician. When he came, he was very helpful and ordered new parts to replace the faulty ones, but it has now been 2 weeks, and the parts still aren't here. Both Good Guys and Hisense have been apologetic but that doesn't fix the ice maker.

New Refrigerator - Hisense
Bin-Draw Freezer. Ice maker and plumbed Water Dispenser. Very quiet operation. Easy to use Touch-Screen. Only thing missing is a Clock (trivial i know). Otherwise a good value for money product.

Has everything I wanted and a little more
The refrigerator is actually the size that I like. It is now connected to water which means I have access to cold water and ice which is a feature I was looking for. Having it that little larger means I can delegate areas to share with my daughter and not overlap in any way.

Can’t beat it in this price range
Well done Hisense!.Everything is cold, the water dispenser, the ice bucket inside the freezer is always filled, the doors and shelves are solid quality unlike the flimsy plastic featured in other brands we looked at . Very happy so far!
