Love the fridge, the ice bucket not so much
Purchased new 10/8. Absolutely love the size, love the long draw at the bottom of the fridge. To stop the water dispenser dripping, had to drain about 3ltrs of water through the water dispenser to get the air out of the line. I loved the ice bucket over the ice dispenser, the reason I purchased this fridge. Its noisy when the ice drops in the middle of the night, woke my dog up who barked at the fridge. The ice bucket is broken. Water fills ice traps that automatically empty into the ice bucket (hence the noise) it is leaking water down the back of the bucket and into the bucket causing the ice to stick together and water to freeze in the draw. I have contacted Good Guys and Heisence. Waiting for a part to be replaced. Great service, not happy my brand new fridge is faulty.

Door issu
The flap between the 2 top doors doesn’t work correctly, we had a service guy come and replace it with no result. We are now waiting to hear from Hisense as what they will do to rectify the situation. The fridge works well except for the door flap issue.

The ice maker doesn't work
The ice maker was faulty, it took several phone calls to both Good Guys and Hisense to arrange a technician. When he came, he was very helpful and ordered new parts to replace the faulty ones, but it has now been 2 weeks, and the parts still aren't here. Both Good Guys and Hisense have been apologetic but that doesn't fix the ice maker.

Bin-Draw Freezer. Ice maker and plumbed Water Dispenser. Very quiet operation. Easy to use Touch-Screen. Only thing missing is a Clock (trivial i know). Otherwise a good value for money product.

Has everything I wanted and a little more
The refrigerator is actually the size that I like. It is now connected to water which means I have access to cold water and ice which is a feature I was looking for. Having it that little larger means I can delegate areas to share with my daughter and not overlap in any way.
