Great Fridge, terrible backup service
The Fridge is terrific and came set up with right hand opening. It states that it has reversible doors but when we tried to change the doors to the left hand opening we discovered that we didn’t have the parts needed. One week later and hundreds of phone calls and emails to various companies trying to track down the parts, we gave up. No one had the parts we needed, very poor service indeed. Other than that the fridge is great.
