very disapointing
this was our second one of this modle. the first lasted 7 years and was AMAZING. this one the grinder wont grind the coffee evenly. the boiler wont heat the water past 70 degrees and the machine is incredibly noisy. sadly tghe customer service at breville just kept giving me the cut and paste solutiuons like have you deep cleaned the machine ( its only 1 week old ) and you must be using old beans . they were a week old. overall very disapointed and returned

Excellent machine I am getting expresso coffee from this machine that is equivalent to my favourite coffee shop. It is so easy to use once you have set everything to your desired coffee setting. The dual boiler is a real bonus . You can have your coffee preparation and your milk done together. Have the machine for 1 month and I am really enjoying using it

Machine faulty. Replacement arrived Mon 13th March 2023
See above- original machine faulty so returned. Replacement picked up today 13th March 2023. Ask for review in future please I would like to recommend it if possible when I have tested it!!!
