Does a good job
This Breville toaster is a lot better than the previous toaster at toasting evenly, quickly and just right. The lift to view feature works well too. The previous toaster was more expensive, but the lift mechanism broke at 13 months, just outside the warranty. It did not cook as evenly as the Breville.

It toasts bread and makes toast. Does a lot better job of it than the toaster it replaced which lasted less than 12 months.
