Good toaster poor delivery and packaging.
Toaster works as should. Received it with a dent in the side. Not a big deal as we put it away after use but be aware if you leave it out that the metal is soft and it will dent easily especially if you get it delivered.

A thin slice can toast a bit unevenly, presumably because it may not be quite vertical in the slot. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Leaves a bit to be desired
Unless it is our home made bread, on level 7.5 is still hasn't browned my bread. Great having 4 slice capacity and not side by side, but 2 rows of 2. Can't say that I could recommend.
