Modern kitchen design and cabinetry is engineered for heavy power loads, heat ventilation and clear Wi-Fi pathways right from the start – so your kitchen doesn’t just look good, it functions beautifully too.
The biggest switch: Designing for Induction Cooktops
The shift from gas to induction is the single most popular trend in Australian kitchen renovations. From a layout perspective, induction cooktops are a designer’s dream. Because they sit completely flush with your benchtop, they allow island benches to double as sleek prep or serving zones when not in use.

Do all induction cooktops require 3-phase power?
No. Most standard 60cm models run on standard single-phase power. However, if you’re eyeing a high-performance 80cm or 90cm model with multiple flex zones, you may need a three-phase power upgrade so you can run every zone on boost at once.

1. Wi-Fi-Connected Pyrolytic Ovens
Smarter app-controlled tech means bulky dials are out and sleek, minimalist touchscreens are in. This allows us to design ultra-flush, push-to-open cabinetry profiles where the oven seamlessly sits level with surrounding panelling.
We even plan joinery materials to ensure non-shielded, dedicated signal pathways so hidden Wi-Fi receivers get strong reception, all while pairing the unit with internal thermal shielding and rear ventilation channels to safely handle 500°C pyrolytic cleaning cycles.
