  Only gave one as I cant give zero

  Im sure that the product works great. However it was not fit for the purpose I needed it for. This is not so much a review on the product but the service I received. I purchased from the Moorabbin airport store. Showed the assistant the charger that I needed to replace. Told him that it needed to be a usbc charger and the type of laptop that it was for. Without even looking at the charger to make sure he was selling me the right product I had this charger thrown to me and was told you need this one. After questioning if it had a usbc adaptor I was told yes of course it does thats why I gave you that one. Then was told take it to their counter and your name will be there, I have other customers to take care of. At the counter the assistance was great and I was asked if I wanted to dispose of the old charger which I did. On getting home and opening the package it was clear that there was no USBC adaptor and no way to charge the type of laptop that I had. I then needed to go back to another store (Frankston home maker centre) who where amazing and where able to give me a refund as well as letting me know that the good guys dont stock the type of charger that I needed but finding one near to me that would work.

  Did not fit

  Terrible as the salesman advised it would fit laptop which I had described in detail. But not one fitting worked. Waste of money.

  Great unit, works like the original.

  Recommend everyone buy one of these to keep at home or in the office. Saves the drama of forgetting your charger when you need your laptop for the entire day and battery life is limited
