great looking cooktop, less so service
have used the cooktop only for 1 week, as it took a while to get to us. Unfortunately there was minimal to no updates from the store, never a return phone call when we had questions during the buying process. We did our own research and knew what we wanted, but service could have been much better.

Quality not to expected Samsung quality
Disappointing it is made in China, expected it to be Korean built. There is an outside silver frame that appears to be cheap plastic with a pseudo metallic coating which does not look durable and likely to wear off during normal cleaning which must not be abrasive. Also there are black probably neoprene strips between the glass panels and frame, so the top is not one complete glass top. Likely to get dirty and wear with time. It does work well though and very fast heat up time.
