Love this cooktop! So quick to heat up and adjust temperatures. The safety is important as well. Automatically turns off once you have removed the pot. The cooktop cools down quickly so less risk of burns. If you use the timer, it also turns off when the timer ends. With the correct cookware, it works fabulous.

USER FRIENDLY
The Westinghouse Induction cook top is very simple to use and very responsive. Heats up quickly and cools down quickly when not in use. Looking forward to seeing how much electricity I now save since converting over to induction.

Ripper cooktop
My first induction, it has impressed me by beating any previous gas or electric stove for two things - fast boiling, and low slow simmering. Both are terrific. Actually getting 2 litres of water and pasta at a rolling boil in a couple of minutes. Simmering sauce so low it can sit all day. And so responsive! I'm not worried about scratching etc as I had a conventional ceramic cooktop for 30 years and no problem. The cooler glass with induction mean this is way easier to keep clean. A dream to wipe down. Got a tremendous price from Good Guys, $20 more than a halogen for induction is a no-brainer. Very happy. Ir did cost as much to get the uprated wiring installed as the stove and oven cost to buy, but that's the modern world.
