Delivery issues
Very disappointing that the Courier will not leave the delivery of my item if no-one is home. I was not notified that the item could not be delivered and it was returned to The Good Guys without being told. I waited 4 weeks for my item. I then phoned to see what was happening and was told that I cannot even authorise for it to left on a safe place. Real issue for delivery- especially if you are not home during the day - people work you know! End result - refund given BUT I missed the sale price. Buyers be aware - THEY WILL NOT DELIVER IF YOU ARE NOT HOME!!
