ANNOYED
Unbelievably bad customer service. Apparently because this is an online purchase there is difficulty in getting a solution. Damaged on delivery was not able to install. Have had to purchase another dishwasher from competition as no one will get back to me about sorting. I now have a broken dishwasher sitting in my garage. Actually 0 stars - not even 1.

Not happy with this product
3 draw system Dose not work.! if you have the Top Draw in for Knife & Forks you cant fit cups larger than a coffe mug or the draw will need to be lowered and then you cant fit Dinner plates in???? I have try to return this product but was told i needed to have returned buy 21 days. I had brought and it was not installed until the following month. I have since removed the top tray because it never washed the K&F's properly anyway and now brought a basket for the Utensiles to put in the bottom tray. First product that i haven't been happy with from The Good Guys

Washes and dries really well
Love the dishwasher. Cleans effortlessly and the drying function is great! The only thing that was a little surprising was the fact that our dinner plates which we thought were pretty standard size, dont fit and hit the spinner. There is a way to adjust the second tray higher but then our taller glasses dont fit. Not a deal breaker though.

The product is awesome. Works well. BUT DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR DONT BUY IT FROM THE GOOD GUYS. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH AN INCOMPETENT COMPANY WHO DOES NOT VALUE THIER CUSTOMERS. EXPECT A DELAY IN GETTING YOUR PRODUCT, IF YOU NEED A REFUND EXPECT TO HAVE TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET THIS DONE. STILL WAITING TWO WEEKS FOR THIS TO BE DONE. IVE KEFT FEEDBACK WITH HEAD OFFICE WHO STATED THEY WILL CALL ME BACK, NEVER HAPPENED.
