Poor Service
Our fridge was delivered on Saturday 27/12/25 was semi unpacked and plugged in by delivery crew who then promptly left, we continued to remove packaging and filled the water tank to start making ice, the left for the approximate 12 hours. No ice and no water from dispenser, called Hisense told a technician would call and arrange to come and assess, still no visit but apparently the part is out of stock and will probably be available in 2-3 weeks! Very disappointed

I love the wide shelves of this fridge and the water tank out of the way down the bottom of the fridge. Ice maker is very fast as well

Hands down - Winner!!
I am in love with this fridge. I’ve always had side by side fridges but the French doors has just blown my expectations. There’s so much more room because you fit bigger tray across the shelf. Love the MyChoice compartment, even though I’ve only used it as a freezer so far. Love the water dispenser and not having to plumb it since we’re in a rental and it automatically tops up the ice trays. I love the section of shelf that can push underneath itself giving my height on the bottom shelf. Absolute all-rounder, couldn’t be more happy with our new purchase.

Replacement family Refrigerator
The fridge at this stage has been great. The only annoying thing is intermittent noise and customer service from Hisense. Shelf damaged on delivery reported to Hisense no reply. Delivered in early December.

Great Look - but a bit disappoined
Great Look - however - always wiping handmarks off. Every little mark shows. Doesn't seem to have the same cooling as my old fridge which is disappointing. So glad that the Ice making can be turned off.
