  Most impressive for the price

  Have only had the TV for a few weeks now. But im most impressed so far. I've own a couple flat screen smart TV's in the past. But for features and mostly the sound is by far the best I've owned so far. Colour are quite good. The how easy it was to set up, (it just about set itself up.) And I've been able to install all my social media accounts onto it with no problems. And as for the sales staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable in the products they sell. I was going to take it home in my commodore but after realising it wasn't going to fit, and with it being already mid Saturday afternoon. The sales woman went out of her way to arrange a private delivery service to get it out to my home that afternoon. And I didn't even have to wait that long for it to show up. Have bought a few things from goodguys in cannington this year and have always had a good pleasant experience. Would def recommend the store as well as the TV.

  Good TV, poor delivery service

  Good value for the TV and it meets expectations. However, we kept getting delivery dates that were never fulfilled. After several weeks we went back to the store to find out what the problem was. Seems the TV was too big for a small truck and too small for large truck and was just sitting in the store waiting for someone to make a decision. If we hadn't gone to the store, I'm sure we'd still be waiting! This internal procedure I believe needs reviewing.

  Had previously bought the same model in just 32 inch and use outside in our covered area … been excellent … our aging Sony 65 inch starting doing peculiar things in the humidity so decided to get another Falcon 65 inch to replace it … sales helped this judgement as well … set installed onto the existing wall bracket no problems and quickly was commissioned into action in out kitchen lounge area … easy to set up and able to use with all apps including Foxtel … good picture … would buy another one should the need arise

  The product is so much beyond my expectations in terms of value for money. It’s really decently priced relative to other more expensive brands. And its picture quality is amazing. Strongly recommended. Next time, I am going to buy a bigger version of Ffalcon. Check it out yourself in store.
