beautiful display!
this is the first time I've 'splashed out' on a TV and I don't regret my decision. this TV is impressive for both day-day tv viewing, but also movies and gaming. being an OLED, the contrast between bright and dark parts of the image are far better than any other TV I've owned, and everyone who visits comments on how bright and colourful this TV is. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially if it pops up in a sale!

Rude and Unprofessional Customer Service
I have called today at 12 39 pm, to inquire about Garmin 53 gps. My question was if this device was coming with lifetime map updates. The person I spoke to had no idea, he told me to contact Garmin, and repeated this in a rude tone. He was totally unprofessional, and hang up on me. If your phone calls are recorded, feel free to hear the conversation. After this I called Harvey Normal, got answer straight away and has bought the device. I have bought many appliances from Good guys but I will not buy any more device from your company and will unsubscribe you.

Got the TV and sound bar together and saved $1000. Great incentive to upgrade from 55 inch Sony Bravia which is still working and in great condition, but these days money also talks. In changing from an older TV the difference was very noticeable. The colours are sharp. The sound is good. It was reasonably easy to set up and the size of 65 inch suits our small area. Have only used it for a few days but very happy so far.
