great and happy with purchase. I wish you could just buy a tv and switch it on instead of having to install an app that likely tracks everything. Remote a bit strange for volume. but all round happy with purchase.

Great size for the spot
So much better than our last TV! All the tech works really well. Nice clear picture. The remote is a little small but am used to it now. Good size for the room. The price was excellent.

Online order experience was unpleasant
Whilst the Samsung TV is a great product. The online purchase experience was abysmal. The order was delivered for another 5 weeks. The customer experience was horrendous with not much assistance other than its with the merchandise team and it's on order. Meanwhile this was TV was being sold in store and online. I had to make numerous complaints before the TV finally arrived. The online order number and sales number did not even work on the chat form as it did not recognise the number so I was in a constant loop with he bot agent.

Overall process was a breeze and managed to get it on a one day sale at a great price. Delivery was quick and the picture quality is fantastic. Was super impressed with the sound quality even though we use a sound bar for ours. Overall would recommend

Very hard to set up
You have to sign up to Samsung and go through hoops before you can set up tv. Wouldn't recognise me name so I had to misspell.
