Good overalll TV
The view is sharp, processor power is fine. The issue is that the software does not have all features like C category. The electricity cord is permanently attached to TV. This can make it difficult to mount the TV

Eventually easy to work the remote
Wasn't pleased with first installer (Ben) who said he couldn't feed wires through a cavity wall! I had paid extra for this service so took photos back to Good Guys & showed them the Ethan, who sold me the TV. He couldn't have been more helpfull & arranged second installer Tim to come few days later. Tim was to send his invoice direct to the Good Guys so I wouldn't have any mote to pay.Tim arrived on time & was most helpfull & completed the installation efficiently then showed me how to use the remote. More importantly he cleaned after all the drilling. the first installer Ben, as he was drilling the holes to fix the bracket his mate was catching the brick dust on a piece of cardboard & putting it in the packing box! They left me with the box & moved it into my lounge for me to dispose of! When I went to move it all the red brick dust fell out of the box onto my carpet. I have vacumed this dust several time & still have red brick marks on my carpet. Will likely have to engage a carpet cleaner to remove the dust. To finish this review, while I have always been satisfied with the Good Guys Service. Ethan & Tim were fantastic however, if you are having a TV mounted on the wall make sure you don' t get PRD Home services network to install it
