Great TV for the price
Always had a Samsung TV, but the last 2 didnt even last 4-5 years, so I thought I would buy this TV as it was heaps cheaper. The picture quality is not as good as Samsung but it's still worth buying.

The overall quality on this TV is pretty outstanding whilst comparing to other bigger! Especially features, price and value for money. I feel like Hiense are offering more , offering great quality and are definitely upping their standards. Very pleased .

Zero after sales service
I would give 0 stars if I could to the product and The Good Guys. TV screen had black lines running across it within 24 hours of turning it on. The Good Guys won't support any online purchases and took them over a week to acknowledge my online claim. Hisense took over the claim and are trying to replace parts in a brand new TV to resolve the issue. I haven't had a working TV for 4 weeks due to part delays. It's a cheap TV with poor sound quality. Rather buy another brand from another retailer.

Picture quality is good. Sound good too. Have tried Sony and Samsung before and this compares very well, though less $ and a 3 year warranty
