Overdue TV update
Been 15 years since buying a new TV so did a lot of research to buy the right smart tv. The LG is perfect and super easy to set up. Remote control is simple and user friendly. We have pretty average internet access but the TV works great with the mobile broadband tower we run off. Excellent picture and sound too!

Good size, slim line product
The size and look of the TV would be the only thing I liked. The TV sound was very muffled and so hard to hear that I had to return to the store to purchase a Sound Bar which was not cheap. Also, the "Smart" aspects of the TV are frustrating such as the screen does not go straight to TV when switched on. The remote does not have a simple pause button. It also does not have the 'i' button or subtitles. I expected the screen to be sharp and clear as it was shown in the store, but it is not as good as the old Panasonic TV that I replaced.
