Not Fit For Sale
This TV cannot do what it says it can do. No ability to reproduce anything close to HD images, can’t even display 4K properly. Washed out blacks that destroy any sense of contrast, constant pixelation and banding and deeply annoying AI intrusion that you cannot turn off. It should not be for sale, the biggest purchasing mistake of my life. Can’t get a refund as technically there is no fault with the unit, it’s just a piece of crap and everyone from Samsung to The Good Guys seems ok with this. No wonder it’s hidden in the corner of the store.

The picture quality and the response time is really quick and would love to have another one. Best value for money and samsung is the best. I would recommend samsung over others brands

Great TV good service
Really happy with the TV. The Good guys customer service was fantastic. Found a cheaper deal but had to wait two weeks for delivery. TGG priced matched and located available stock so I could get it same day.

Great TV and price
This is the 3rd Samsung TV i have bought over time and compared quite a few brands before buying. For the price i found at TGG it was a no brainer as it was a good deal and the TV is fantastic.
