Disappointing
I like the long cord and the fact I can see the water level. I should've listened to reviews regarding the temperature not being hot enough. This iron does not get creases out very well. Opt for Tefal.

Very effective with steaming clothes
Great steam iron, however, the annoying part is that water keeps coming out of the sides whilst ironing, thereby wetting the clothes.
