Iron easy with tefal
This is a replacement unit of a previous Tefal cordless iron that lasted 15 years. Overall it does the job but the quality & materials is vastly different to the earlier cordless iron I had. This one seems light and not as solid mostly because of the materials it was manufactured from. Too early to say if it will last as long. It is easy to hold and use but does need to be placed on the charging device more often and the heat baseplate doesn’t seem to last as long and cools quickly. For the price I was expecting a more solid unit. This one seems very plastic like.

Convenient without the cord
This cordless iron is so convenient without the cord, the first one I purchased would never o back to the traditional corded again. lightweight is less than 1kg, it offers a seamless ironing experience. The water spread function is excellent to cover all various directions. It is kind of state of the art revolution.

When is an iron not an iron for ironing clothes!!!
When you take this iron off it's stand and start to iron a piece of clothing you basically get two strokes of the iron and one shot of steam then you have to put it back on the stand. when I took the item back -- I was told that this item was actually for use by quilters and the like! I did point out the pictures on the box were of people ironing clothes and using the iron as a steamer, but again I was told that if I had bought this iron in the store instead of getting it on line I would have been told that, also when I put it back on the stand it steamed quite violently and flooded the work surface. I never complain about anything but this just wasn't right -- I have read it's glowing reviews but I had a completely different experience.

Regal Freemove power steam iron
I used this iron for over 3 weeks now. It’s compact and light. Probably good if you just want to iron a shirt or something light. For a family of four, this iron is not useful in my opinion. Usually take me 2 hours to iron a basket full of clothes. This iron took me 4 hours. It’s constantly needed to be placed back on the cradle to get it hot again before finishing one piece of clothing. It is very frustrating.
