Great iron overall
This iron has been great and while not the most expensive it feels high quality and does a great job with powerful steam. A common issue with most of the irons available is that the cords need to be a bit longer!

Never arrived - paid but WHERE IS IT????
My address was logged at St Peters P.O on 2 February. No evidence the iron itself ever got there. It has never reached me. Your inquiry person (John) was to get back to me. He has not done so. Inquired through Aus post. No reply from them either. I paid $85 on 31 January. NO IRON EVER RECEIVED

So Far So Good
This is the first Braun Iron that we have tried. It's lightweight and removes all creases without much effort. Has a stylish design and was much cheaper than a Tefal.
