Poor communication from installer. Would not reccomend use of on line booking for installation .Delivery of unit was as expected. Installer indicated too busy to come to outer metro area. We had good service from previous rangehood and bought same model . 5 yrs service until destroyed by power surge.

Very good product, needs to be professionally installed, bit expensive but worth investing,very silent and no vibrations, I had pullout range which was spreading the smoke and grease all over kitchen though ducted, and smell all over the house, and used tomake loud noise and vibrate hwhole house, if anyone thinking of rangehood invest wisely, we think it is just a exhaust and go for cheap ones, not understanding what the product won't do, but Bosch 5stars, I recommend
