Nothing was as promised
The product works ok (apart from the fact that the enclosed chimney was too short and I had to buy an additional length for $400 - ouch). The problem was the Good Guys online system and tracking. It was terrible, confusing, super delayed and almost impossible to contact a real person to try and sort out the mess. It took nearly a month to get something that was supposedly in stock. Not good enough Good Guys.

A bit louder than expected
The rangehood is a bit loud when on the highest setting. The light however is good as it is very bright. Easy to clean.

Great replacement rangehood
I looked at a number of different makes of rangehoods to replace our 10 Yr old broken one. I researched a number of names and models and the Bosch came up with great reviews and The good Guys had the best price and installers

I gave this 4 stars because the flu components were not the right dimension to reach the ceiling of our kitchen. I had to buy a 500 mm extension at a cost of $300, which given the cost of the appliance is, in my view, exorbitant.
