Not exactly what I expected. The heat setting is low heat and the balls feel good but can’t put to much pressure on them to get a deeper massage.

It’s a well made basic and easy to use massager with heater function I can’t wait to try come winter. It’s a little gentle for me, but may suit others. It is hygienic as you don’t sweat and inside a boot type product.
