Absolutely love this mask. We initially got it as my partner gets a lot of tension headaches. And it has actually surpassed our expectations. Not only does it help him with his headaches it also has helped significantly with relaxation and getting a more restful sleep.

It's great. Drawbacks are it would be good to have an option for major customisation (maybe there is but I haven't found it). Programs on the app don't seem super varied. The air pressure device for massage does make noise but its not as loud as other brands. The light inside can be slightly annoying.

Forced relaxation
Was recommended these after using them during a massage recently. Easy to use and works by making you stop as you literally cannot work. Only negative is when using it during the day when removing them the daylight seems even more bright as your eyes adjust. The app was something I wasn't aware of, and this has some great options for meditation, refresh and sleep.
