I’m dead set loving this product! It’s super easy to use and works like a charm! I’m usually the kind of person who’s tossing and turning in bed, having a million things on my mind and just can’t seem to get to sleep. Forced relaxation
Was recommended these after using them during a massage recently. Easy to use and works by making you stop as you literally cannot work. Only negative is when using it during the day when removing them the daylight seems even more bright as your eyes adjust. The app was something I wasn't aware of, and this has some great options for meditation, refresh and sleep.
