Not As Good As Reviews
I purchased this product based on previous reviews saying how good it is. I am disappointed. It's not as good as the reviews say. It's ok for a back massage but doesn't massage the neck like some reviews state. I am 180cm tall and no way does it reach my neck or shoulders. My wife is 163cm and it reaches her shoulders but not the neck. It works best on a hard back chair rather than a soft lounge chair. The remote control can sometimes be a bit unresponsive.

27/7 back massage at home
This is my second massage chair cushion. Previous one lasted 20 years with very regular use. This one has bonus of a heat setting and is quieter. Great for my weary body and sore back. Even my visitors enjoy it.

It is hight adjustable so us short people can use it. I love the shiatsu needing which loosens my back muscles. It could use a glute massage also
