Massage in your own home
On first use I was like “ouch, it’s a bit hard”. Once it worked my knots out, it became more comfortable and relaxing. No need to pay for someone to massage my knots now 😂

This gives a great massage and I love the optional heat function. Neck massage is good too. I'm 165cm so if I want lower neck I need to have a taller torso, so I sit on a pillow for extra torso height. It does a great job of functioning as a one size fits all. I would buy again. I like a hard massage and this is easy by pushing against the rolling balls.i would buy again. Worth the money
