The Good Guys will have you believe they are customer focused. I recent experience with this purchase tells otherwise. When I spoke with a sales person at my local store, they said I would need to ordering this model online. So I did, but upon completion I was not sure if they would take the old one away. So I tried calling the help line, but each time after selecting the correct options, I got a message of their hours and then they hung up, I was calling well within hours. After many attempts, the only line that got someone was new sales, after explaining to them the problem, they just kept stating that it was not possible to make changes to the delivery as the new fridge had already been picked up......it had only been 15min since I made the order. Worst customer service ever.

The fridge is very well designed. It is easy to find things in both fridge and freezer and to sort in some kind of order. Both are roomy also.

Freezer well set up. Fridge section is a practical design. The only improvement I would like to see is the setting for the crisper drawers can be adjusted to suit the humidity that comes with the Build-up to our Top End of the NT!! Salads dont last as long as my previous Westinghouse. However, I still reckon Westinghouse is the most suitable for the Australian Wet-Dry Top end climate.!
