Great Product, But Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I bought this product online from The Good Guys for around $1,400 (it was on discount at the time). I chose to pick it up from the Marion store, so it was delivered a bit later. Within 30 days, the price dropped by about $250. I contacted the store to ask if they could adjust the price, but they flat-out refused, saying I hadn’t paid for their “Price Protection Guarantee.” The issue is, I purchased online and wasn’t given that option at checkout. When I reached out to customer care, they redirected me back to the store — and since then, I’ve been stuck in a loop between the two with no proper response. The product itself is great and I’d still recommend it, but the overall experience with The Good Guys has been disappointing. This is the first time I’ve had such an issue with them, and it really took away from what should have been a smooth purchase.

Better than Samsung TV Frame
Really competes with the Samsung TV Frame. Wouldn't put it in a bright room but definitely shows great depth as a "painting". TCL 's 3 years warranty also gives piece of mind. Mounting was an easy DIY, although wished it came with stands as a backup.
