Bang for your buck
We got this as an urgent replacement for a fridge that died overnight during a heatwave. Ordered on a Monday, delivered and installed on Wednesday. Knowing that top-mount freezers were generally considered more energy efficient (and we hadn't owned anything different), I was a little skeptical about the bottom mount, but it beats an unexpected lunch box ice pack dropping on your toes, and the kids can reach the ice blocks now.

Fantastic Fridge
We really love our new TCL bottom mount fridge/freezer. It is really simple to operate, looks great in our new kitchen and very easy to keep clean. The fridge being on top is fantastic for our bad backs. It is really well lit inside and the shelves and door layout is great. The freezer drawers are easy to access and have plenty of room. Overall we are very happy with our first bottom mount fridge/freezer and would thoroughly recommend.

Awful customer service
Arrived with a massive dent on the side!! After sending a complaint they emailed and sent me a sheet to fill in with photo and video evidence after a week they sent back the same sheet to fill in, I’m still waiting to hear back it’s been over a month now but cheeky enough to send me a product review
