Bring them back
A minor problem which the retailer rectified without question. I was told you can’t buy duel thermo blocks anymore. A separate grinder is easy to get , not twin thermo blocks. My new machine was the last one in stock so I could buy a second one, “bring them back”.

BEST COFFEE MACHINE ON THE MARKET
This is my third purchase of the Sunbeam Cafe Series Coffee Machine. Like all modern appliances, after giving regular daily service for over 7 years they eventually wear out and something stops working. Cosmetically they have changed a little over the years but the underlying machine has not changed at all and that is because it was an outstanding design from the beginning. It is solid, reliable and makes great coffee. Equal to or better than your local cafe. We love it.

Nice coffee maker
Still to early to say but so far so good. The button feel cheep. The tray is a bit short, not caching all water coming of the brewing nob. I had some issue to get it ready after turning on. First hot water handle wasn't off but next few time I had to turn it of and on again to get the machine ready. Good value for money and making good coffee which why we buy it for.

Makes an okay coffee nothing more nothing less
This product is an exactly brilliant but it doesnt okay coffee it does also have some quirks in other words the same one wont work if youve got a leader of water or less, it has a pretty poor excuse of what youd pre infusion if you could even call her that But that all means said and done, the coffee is not terrible

Coffee is not too bad
This machine produces an okay coffee, but the machine self is not the best but gives you an okay coffee it does have a rudimentary pre-infusion by turning the pump on and off if you could call that pre-infusion and the steam pulse so its very annoying but for the results you get can you really complain it is plastic fantastic though do not bother relying on the built-in monitor because its not great at all

Solid performer.
A great little performer for the price. It offers a decent amount of control (water temp, water volume, infusion type) for what is a slightly-better-than-entry-level machine. Pair with a quality grinder I can make very good espresso easily and consistently.
