Working well so far
I am very happy with the product so far, being a wet winter time it helps to get the laundry done much quicker as there is no need to wait for sunshine to dry the clothes.

AI extend it’s time by itself takes 7 to 8 hour wash any cycle
I would go for some other product if you really want to spend 4000$+ samsung after sale service is very very poor
