Great mid sized TV
I like the Samsung for its quality and ease of use. The set up is pretty intuitive and the remote is so simple to use. The picture and sound quality makes its better value than the lesser brands and its a clean looking TV. The only slight is the amount of light glare/reflection compared to our Samsung Frame screen. Its a great mid sized TV and value for money.

Good TV
Good TV for the price...bought it during Black Fri special. We only use it for some YouTube and Netflix and it does that well. Haven't had any issues so far. The remote is super lightweight which I like. It is not special or high-end but then again it is not meant to be as it is entry level 4K which it does well.

Worst service ever
i purchased the TV online on 28 Nov and its 24 dec and i still dont have it. Neither the delivery company 'team global express' or the good guys will help me, i cant get a refund or another TV. worst service ever, do not buy anything from the good guys.
