Love the Extra Channels and Apps
Great picture and sound and I love the extra Samsung Internet channels and Apps such as Tubi. The old Samsung TV remote also works well with this new TV. If you find the new remote doesn’t have enough buttons, find your old remote and you’re ready to go. I also hooked up my Bluetooth keyboard for easy text entry. Only criticisms are: Slow menu responses at times, lack of inputs/outputs, some HDMI sockets are at the rear of the TV instead of all on the side. Overall a good TV. Took out the Good Guys extended warranty for peace of mind.

I have spent thousands at the good guys over the years & never had an issue. I purchased this tv & when we opened it, it was damaged I took it back & was accused of dropping the tv and they would not believe me that I didn’t drop, the store man that bought the tv out actually placed it hard on the ground whilst completing our paperwork he did not even assist with putting in the car,they did not believe anything I said & would not replace the tv. I have emailed their customer care team & I have not had a response. I am absolutely disgusted & will never ever purchase anything else from The good guys, their customer service has gone downhill.
