I have spent thousands at the good guys over the years & never had an issue. I purchased this tv & when we opened it, it was damaged I took it back & was accused of dropping the tv and they would not believe me that I didn’t drop, the store man that bought the tv out actually placed it hard on the ground whilst completing our paperwork he did not even assist with putting in the car,they did not believe anything I said & would not replace the tv. I have emailed their customer care team & I have not had a response. I am absolutely disgusted & will never ever purchase anything else from The good guys, their customer service has gone downhill.
