  Excellent remote

  I bought this remote for my 91 year old grandmother as she was finding her smart TV remote a bit tricky to use. Its perfect for her, big buttons, easy to see and no extra buttons that she has no idea what they do or if accidentally pressed doesnt know how to get back. Very easy to set up!

  It didnt work for my tv. Even after contacting the customer service department (who were very helpful & tried so hard to help fix the issue) it just did not recognise the brand
