Great Fridge, goodguys poor service 0 stars
love the fridge, was told delivery in 2 weeks, 3 months later got the fridge. Customer service was terrible no straight answer to when it would arrive just lies all the time.

Product was ok What i dont like was the service. This is bit the first time i ordered with you guys we basically buy all our major appliance with you. We have this fridge ordered and we knew we will be waiting ordered it almost end of january. Was told mid feb since I ask for an update at the store in ballarat and said a text will be recieved when the fridge arrive at your warehouse. Called mid march only to find out its already there and we were not informed. Can even give us a special date when we requested as the customer service said its a rule. We have to change our plans to make sure we get the firdge on the date of YOUR SOONEST AVAILABILITY. Dont even know why we didnt recive a text the lady said. Whats a shame!
