Q: Does it include a wall charger or just the cable?
A: It comes with the power bank and a 50cm USB-C to USB-C cable. A wall charger is not included, so if you want to recharge the power bank from mains power, a separate USB-C charger is needed.
Q: Will this power bank fast charge compatible phones and wearables?
A: Fast-charging support is not confirmed for this model. It suits general portable charging for compatible phones and wearables, but buyers specifically chasing higher-speed charging should look closely at output details before choosing.
Q: Can I use the included cable with both Android and iPhone?
A: The included cable is USB-C to USB-C, so it suits devices that charge over USB-C. Many Android phones will match that connection, while iPhone models that use a different port will need a separate compatible cable.
Q: Is the included cable long enough to use at a desk?
A: Yes, for close-range charging. The included USB-C to USB-C cable is 50cm long, which suits a desk, bedside table or bag, but it gives less reach than a longer cable if the power bank sits further away.
Q: How bulky is this power bank in a backpack or handbag?
A: Journey Fortix Connect measures 125mm deep, 80mm wide and 53mm high, so it is easier to pack than bulkier charging gear. It still has a large battery, so it will take up more room than a smaller emergency charger.
Q: Can it charge smartwatches and other wearables as well?
A: Yes, it is listed for compatible phones and wearables. The included cable is USB-C to USB-C only, so wearables that need a magnetic puck or a different charging lead will still need their own compatible accessory.
Q: Is this power bank suitable for carry-on travel use?
A: It is designed for portable travel use, with a slim shape that suits a carry-on or day bag. Airline rules are usually based on watt-hours, and this model is listed with a 20000mAh capacity, so check your airline's battery policy before flying.
