It is a piece of shit
this appliance at the end of its SECOND use. I regret having bought it: the only reason i did was because it the highest kg drying capacity: which was a BIG MISTAKE; i will certainly NOT BE BUYIING ANY solt products EVER AGAIN. I have since purchased from the good guys, with an extended warranty this time a Fisher and Paykel 7KG vented dyer, I want the $386 I paid for the solt refunded to me: and I am certainly eligible for this under Australian Consumer Affairs Laws. As it is, i will be 2 x $59 for delivery costs and 2 x $259 installation costs. The good guys, again under Australian Consumer Affairs Laws, will pay for the first dryer, and its mounting kit, a long with all packaging after the 2nd dryer has been installed. I WILL NOT HAVE THE INCOMPENDANT TRADESMAN BACK TO DO INSTALL THE 2nd dryer: they turned, without texting which was a requirement the good guys have stipulated for ALL installations is told that i was not going to "micro--manage" the installation. I stipulated, demonstrated, showing them of how the diagram of how the vented dryer was to be installed with PLENTY OF CLEARANCE for the lid of my top loading washing machine so i could FULLY OPEN the lid of my top loading washing machine. Their dryer installation has rendered my top loading washing machine USELESS: as i cannot open it fully to put a load of washing on; and access to the detergent and fabric softener cannot be gained. Hence, i will MACRO-MANAGING the installation of the second dryer and WILL NOT HESITATE to TELL THE TRADESMAN TO PUT TTHE 2nd dryer HIGHER UP THE WALL WITH A LOT OF CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE FULLY OPENED LID OF MY TOP LOADING WASHING MACHINE AND THE BOTTOM OF THE WALL MOUNTING KIT. This 2nd installation will OCCUR ON THURSDAY 30TH OF JULY. As i stated earlier I WILL NOT HAVE THE INCOMPETENT TRADESMAN WHOM INSTALLED BACK TO INSTALL THE 2nd dryer: and would happily say this to their faces. On Thursday 30th of July i will expect a TELEPHONE CALL FROM ANOTHER TEAM OF TRADESMEN THAT THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY. At the END OF THE 2nd dryer's installation the tradesman WILL TAKE AWAY WITH THEM !. THE FAULTY DRYER 2. THE FAULTY DRYER'S MOUNTING KIT 3. ANY AND ALL PACKAGING FROM THE SECOND DRYER.
