  Hey! It makes ice! How 'Bout That!

  Super convenient and easy to use. Does the job well. Just put water in and within 8-9 minutes, you have your first batch of ice 'bullets'. I've only ever used it on the large ice setting (there are 3), so batches of smaller bullets would be more quickly produced. My only criticism so far (hence the 4/5 star review...probably close to 3.5 stars if I could) is that the ice almost immediately starts to sweat once it hits the basket inside the machine. It stays slippery inside the box (not chilled to keep the ice cold) being still subject to ambient temperature and humidity, and once you empty the basket and transfer the ice to the freezer to make the next batch of ice, the bullets all stick together as the wet layer freezes, and you end up with a massive conglomeration of stuck together ice bullets - a mega brick that you now have to break down into the smaller pieces (being the original bullets that were individually made). Really frustrating! Still great for producing a steady flow of ice for a function or party etc. We kept 15+ people's drinks flowing with the stuff over the weekend, but if you don't regularly go back and break the chunks up as they set, you'll find yourself pulling out the meat mallet more often than not just to break it all up so you can fill your glass with fresh ice. Would I buy another? Not for a home environment, unless I had a serious daily need all year round and needed the freezer space for food instead of ice cube trays.
