Excellent item to have in the kitchen
I found this item, to be really handy. Cooks the best soft boiled eggs. The timer (optional) is great, and lets out a large beep to advise you the eggs are ready. Very useful and handy for everybody

Takes a few tries to get the timing right. Once you have worked that out the eggs are cooked to your perfection.

Excellent, love it, but the timer sound is terrifying.
I love my egg cooker. I can chuck the eggs in with some water, and walk away and do some things around the house until the timer goes off. Therein lies my only issue with this product - the timer. My old egg cooker used to do a cute little "beep, beep". This egg cooker scared the living daylights out of me the first time I used it. My cat bolted beneath the bed, and I ran into the kitchen to stop the grating BZZZZ that was emanating from the counter. I would otherwise give this product five stars, and am overall happy with my purchase!
