Due to losing strength in my hands from osteo arthritis, I bought this to be able to open even the smallest can. It makes my life easier in cooking. It is as advertised. I'm grateful for not having to take 1/2 hr to open a can. Great product if you have osteo. Like the other features that also make it easy like the knife sharpener and bottle opener. Thank you.

Great for arthritic hands
I purchased this product for my 84yr old Dad who has arthritis in both hands causing loss of strength and ability to open cans. He finds the Kenwood can opener an absolute saviour, though it can be a little fiddly to align to start with. Once the can attaches to the magnet, it is virtually self operating. One suggestion Dad had is it would be a great addition if the base of the product had suction to attach to the kitchen bench, other than that, another brilliant product by Kenwood.
